Summit Tour: Plattenspitze

Approach on the Timmelsjoch high alpine road to the parking space in front of the "Seeber Alm". Short descent to the "Seeber Alm" and ascent on trail no. 43 to the rarely visited Plattenspitze. Very impressive view of the valley and the glaciers of the Ötztal Alps. The descent follows the same route.
Walking time: 6 hours (there & back) | difference in altitude: 800 m
