The culinary theme of the evening is aromatic herbs, carefully woven throughout the menu and used to enhance and define the character of each dish, celebrating their freshness, fragrance, and connection to the local landscape. The evening will be enriched by the presence of a botanical expert, who will explain the aromatic herbs used in the dishes and their significance. The menu includes: a canapé, a soup, a starter, a main course, and a dessert.
A dinner to share, savor authentic dishes, exchange smiles, and enjoy an evening unlike any other, accompanied by live musical entertainment with Ines.
The square in front of the church transforms for the occasion into an elegant restaurant under the stars. The establishments of Colfosco come together to create a unique menu, celebrating the local flavors and the joy of being together.

In addition, on the day of the event there will be the possibility to join a guided excursion at 14:00 with the same botanical expert, departing from the church of Colfosco, where she will explain the value and properties of the local aromatic herbs.
