"Transfigured Night" - Arnold Schönberg

2024 will mark the 150th anniversary of the birth of Austrian composer Arnold Schoenberg. To mark the occasion, the Società dei Concerti will perform another version of his magnificent ‘Transfigured Night’, namely in its version for piano trio arranged by Eduard Steuermann and authorised by Schoenberg. This masterpiece will be accompanied by another trio classic, the Piano Trio No. 1, Op. 8 by Johannes Brahms.
