Trentino Experience Festival

The Trentino Experience Festival has evolved from the Vallagarina Experience Festival, expanding its focus to the whole of southern Trentino. It connects Lake Garda, Mori, the Val di Gresta, Monte Baldo, and Vallagarina, bringing together diverse yet complementary areas to showcase their unique identities, landscapes, and traditions.

The three-day event features a varied programme across Lake Garda and Vallagarina. It offers 56 free guided outdoor activities (including hiking, cycling, yoga, and trail running), a dedicated Kids' Area, music, performances, talks, and a showcase of local organic products.

This outdoor weekend welcomes everyone, including families, sports enthusiasts, and wellness lovers, with activities designed to be accessible for people with disabilities. It is a chance to experience the region through movement, nature, local flavours, and fun.

In the Kids' Area, children can enjoy a dedicated green space with 24 different sports and educational games. They are encouraged to try as many activities as possible. By collecting at least 14 stamps on their special 'passport', they can win an Outdoor Champion medal and a prize bag.

Since last year, the festival has adopted a multidimensional approach to outdoor well-being, certified by the Five Dimensions Wellness® brand created by Paola Rizzitelli, a wellness economy expert. This approach highlights the benefits of each activity across five key dimensions: physical, mental, spiritual, social, and environmental.

Saturday 23 and Sunday 24 May
- 07.30: Mindfulness activities
- From 08.30: Free excursions and activities, Kids' Area, Expo Area, entertainment, and talks in the Wellness Agora
- From 12.00: Food Area
- Party all evening!

All entertainment is free (shows, live music, DJ sets, talks, etc.).
Entry to the Expo Area is free.
The Kids' Area activities cost €10 per child.
