Virtuosic elegance and poetic soundscapes: Franz Liszt's 'Soirées de Vienne, Valse-Caprice No. 6' brings the Viennese waltz to life with sparkling brilliance, while Franz Schubert's '6 Moments Musicaux' Op. 94 unfolds lyrical miniatures full of intimacy. 'Liebesleid' combines Fritz Kreisler's melancholy with the pianistic wealth of colour of Sergei Rachmaninoff. The highlight is Liszt's monumental Piano Sonata in B minor, a masterpiece of Romantic piano art.

Young Hungarian pianist Valentin Magyar has been playing the piano since the age of six. He won numerous competitions at an early age and has performed in many European countries, toured Brazil and China, and recorded works by Rachmaninoff, Liszt, and Schubert for the Hungaroton label.
