Carmen, a passionate yoga teacher and winemaker from the RÖCK winery in Villanders, will get you into the perfect flow with flowing moves - for a strong, fresh start to the day!
Followed by a delicious buffet brunch in the Viertel Bar.
What to bring: your own mat and blanket, comfortable clothing
