"LANA IN BLOOM" – in pots and on plates. That spring is tentatively preparing to make its debut, is noticeable from the first bulbs appearing on the new branches of trees and shrubs, or well-tended pot plants in private gardens, and a wide range of herbs growing in the wild.
Nature’s reawakening also fires the creative imagination of the restaurant chefs in and around Lana. Between 1 – 30 April 2024, during the "Lana in Bloom" gourmet weeks, there are abundant reinterpretations of traditional delicacies using seasonal wild herbs and fresh local ingredients.
