The Krautinger beetroot is a delicacy of the Wildschönau area. You can taste beetroot dumplings, beetroot soup, beetroot ravioli with fish and much more.
The Wildschönau Krautinger Week will start with the fair at the mountain famers' museum (Sunday, October 7, 2018).
