Find your inner peace outside. By breathing in and out whilst being aware of your own body and by mindful movements when you are outside, you give strength to your body, mind and soul. Start your journey for your well-being with our yoga-instructor Vroni Fischer. Difficulty: easy.
Costs: 10€ with Guest Pass Val Casies Valley-Monguelfo-Tesido, 15€ without Guest Pass Val Casies Valley-Monguelfo-Tesido.
In case of inclement weather, the yoga class will take place at Hotel Stoll.
