The classic car meet in the Martell Valley takes us on a fascinating journey through the history of the automotive industry. However, it is not just the motorised dreams of bygone eras that make the classic car meet in Martell such a magnet for participants and visitors alike.
It is much more the sight of classic automotive treasures set against a stunning natural backdrop, as well as the pleasure of a diverse and unique natural landscape with its special culinary and cultural offerings – and, especially for motorsport fans, a special place of pilgrimage that still sets hearts racing.
For motor sport in all its forms continues to exude a magnificent fascination and appeal, raising heart rates across all age groups! Today, just as it did over 30 years ago, when in 1988 Europe’s finest hillclimbers and racing drivers thrilled and electrified crowds from near and far for the last time at the International Martelltal Hillclimb.
