This event offers a unique experience at Parkhotel Laurin, in the Glasshouse overlooking the park. “East Meets West” combines a masterclass and tasting to explore the art of Japanese whisky distillation by Nikka.
Following the tasting, guests will enjoy a ConTanima fusion dinner: a culinary journey inspired by Japan and the travels of Executive Chef Dario Tornatore, with dishes paired with bespoke Highball cocktails created by Bar Manager Christian Gruber.
Evening program:
NIKKA MASTERCLASS
Introduction to the world of Nikka whisky with expert Samuel Cesana, connoisseur and ambassador of Japanese distillation.
FUSION DINNER
Three-course Japanese fusion menu paired with balanced Nikka Highball cocktails.
OPTIONAL – CIGARS AND DIGESTIF
Guests may end the evening in the Cigar Lounge with a digestif cocktail and a Davidoff cigar at an additional cost.
