We call in on the renowned affineur Hansi Baumgartner. With passion and a finely tuned instinct, he transforms his wheels of cheese into true personalities – and these are the very ones we taste.
On the way back, another discovery awaits. At the Knöspele distillery, you’ll step into the art of distilling, take a look behind the scenes, find out how fruit becomes refined spirits – and taste some.
