A waterfall full of taste

This time, the magic will take place in the location of Plan da Piagn, a charming corner of the forest near the Pisciadú waterfalls. You can easily reach us from Corvara or Colfosco by following trail 28 towards the Pisciadú waterfalls.
Our local chefs will enchant you with traditional Ladin dishes, both sweet and savory, prepared with passion.

• Hunter’s hot dog (pretzel bun, venison sausage, coleslaw, crispy onions, grainy mustard)
• Woodcutter’s wrap (cheese and chanterelle spread, curly lettuce, crispy vegetables – with optional cooked speck for the non-vegetarian version)

• Polenta dumplings with alpine cheese and local chanterelles
• Apple strudel with vanilla sauce

Accompanying this cascade of flavors, two musical groups will entertain you with live music: !nes and Thermos.
