Altitude Yoga

Altitude Yoga

This event already took place. (1/09/2025)

Altitude yoga, beneath a blue sky and facing the Dolomites: breathe, slow down, rediscover yourself.

There is a different way to practise yoga. Outside four walls, far from the frantic pace and noise of the city, the body moves with the rhythm of the mountain's breath. At Buffaure, beneath a blue sky, amidst horizons stretching from the Catinaccio (Rosengarten) to the Sassolungo (Langkofel), and in the profound silence of high altitudes, each asana becomes a spontaneous gesture, each breath expands in the light air of the Dolomites. If you are used to practising indoors, this is an opportunity to let yourself be guided by the sounds of the wind, the outline of the peaks and the contact with the living earth. A time to slow down, listen, regain balance and presence. A regenerating practice to feel part of everything, in harmony with yourself and your surroundings.

Please bring your yoga mat or, if you do not have one, please indicate this when booking online. Starting from the uphill cable car station, there will be a short walk to the locality of Buffaure di Sotto.

Price: This is a free activity with limited places for adults (beginner level), organised by Funivie Buffaure S.p.A., and is included with the Panorama Pass, the Dolomiti Supersummer pass, or a valid lift ticket. Lift tickets and any lunch at a mountain hut are at the participants' expense. Online registration is mandatory by 6 p.m. on the previous day. The activity will be cancelled in case of bad weather.
