BAM BAM BAM - Spazi MaMa Räume

On Wednesday, December 10, in Bolzano (unibz, 3–9 p.m.), Spazi MaMa Räume will come to a close with an afternoon of musical instrument building, exchanges, art, music, and upcycling. A project by the MaMa – Material Matters association, which, thanks to the support of the riGENERA call for proposals, has activated a network of spaces, workshops, and interventions in the city, experimenting with recovered materials and collaborative practices to bring universities, students, and communities closer together.
After the BAM BAM BAM workshop, the day will continue from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a SWAP SWAP SWAP (party) and live music performed on the instruments built in the afternoon. The evening will also feature an exhibition, UP UP UP (cycling), on women's upcycling practices and the history of this approach to production, with talks, documentaries, books, clothing, and photos by Francesca Salvo, art student and founder of the BrownEyes brand (@browneyes____________) in Milan, Adele Buffa, an eco-social designer active in South Tyrol (@nipple_needle), and Elisa Nicoli, entrepreneur, writer, and environmental sustainability advocate (@eco.narratrice), with an introduction by Maryem Sharoua.
