Beef & Snow - a culinary taste experience in the Eggental-Val d'Ega!
It will be delicious in the Eggental-Val d'Ega Valley:
the huts and restaurants in Deutschnofen | Nova Ponente and in the ski areas of Carezza, Obereggen and Jochgrimm | Passo Oclini serve various special dishes with quality beef of Eggental origin.
We would like to emphasize the high product quality of local meat, as well as the partnership between tourism and agriculture. Discover the varied, traditional and newly interpreted dishes based on quality beef from the Eggental-Val d'Ega Valley directly on the ski slopes or in the mountain huts and restaurants.
