Cattle drive at Pfelders/Plan

On 13 September, the festively decorated cows return to the valley from their summer retreat on the Lazins Alm. Headdresses made from magnificent flower arrangements adorn the returning summer guests, who are admired by numerous spectators.
Various Passeier specialities are available to eat.
11:00 a.m.: Start of the traditional cattle drive at the Lazins Alm hut
Around 12:00 p.m.: The herd is festively driven through the village of Pfelders/Plan to the festival grounds, where the Shepherds’ Festival takes place.
Shepherds’ Festival:
From 11:00 a.m. with musical entertainment by the music group "Vernuerer Böhmische" and the group "UBoot Krainer", accompanied by a varied supporting programme.
