On March 30, at the parish church of San Giacomo in Laives, the orchestra of the Claudio Monteverdi Conservatory of Bolzano returns, presenting a concert entirely dedicated to Argentine composers. Alongside famous works by Astor Piazzolla, the program features Martín Palmeri's Missa a Buenos Aires (Misa Tango), one of the most original voices on the contemporary scene, capable of blending liturgical language with the rhythmic allure of tango. Palmeri himself will perform at the piano, offering the audience an authentic and engaging interpretation of his composition.
The event stems from a partnership initiated last year between the Cultural Affairs Office of the Municipality of Laives and the Monteverdi Conservatory of Bolzano, a collaboration that continues to bring high-quality artistic proposals to our territory. Heartfelt thanks for the organizational support go to APS Monti Pallidi and the Parish of San Giacomo.
