Cooking course with Monika

Look over the shoulder of the farmer‘s wife Monika and cook together with her delicacies on the sweet, popular red strawberries. She will conjure up delicious dishes with you using produce from her farm and garden. You will learn the secrets of traditional South Tyrolean cuisine with room for modern interpretation. An interesting afternoon awaits all cooking enthusiasts and those who want to become one.
