The art of "foraging" is as ancient as humanity itself: the nature that surrounds us can be discovered with all the senses, including taste! A easy hike that combines theory and practice: a practice that is decidedly tasty! We will discover some wild edible herbs and plants, a pesto will be made on-site, and tasting will be done on bread.

- 18 May – 21 September: Meet at Canezza church at 9 am; we will then drive in convoy to the starting point of the activity at various locations in the Mocheni Valley
- 28 September – 26 October: Montesei di Serso. Meet at the Fersina river park car park in Brazzaniga di Pergine, 9.30 am
