Humans have always turned to nature for well-being and to treat ailments and disturbances: plants and herbs are indeed valuable allies for maintaining a state of well-being. What shapes and scents do they have? How can their properties be enhanced? How can we gather them in a way that truly respects the plant world? We will discover this with a walk among flowers and leaves and a practical workshop where we can create a precious remedy for body care, which will differ depending on the season.

- In May and September: meeting point at the church in Ischia di Pergine at 9.30 am
- From June to August: meeting point at the fire station in Palù del Fersina at 9.30 am
- Advance booking is mandatory by 6 pm the day before
