Val di Fiemme (Fleimstal) is Italy’s first wellness community. It hosts a festival dedicated to outdoor wellbeing as a lifestyle.
From 14 to 21 June 2026, take part in a programme of balance and restoration. Movement, nutrition, and relaxation come together to help you recharge. Set among quiet forests and views of the Dolomites, experts will lead you through your total wellness week (14–21 June) or a wellness weekend. These sessions are designed to help you focus on your health and enjoy the outdoors.
