Dumplings Festival in Meltina

The local traditions in Mölten have also a lot to do with culinary delights. The feast of the "Canederli" is a real attraction both for the locals as well as the visitors. The farm folk will delight you with various "Canederli" recipes made from left-over bread dumplings, both salty and sweet.
