Tour description:
Starting from the Fountain Square in Tiers, we set off towards Thaler Bühl. Passing through varied forest and meadow landscapes, we continue via Völsegger Bild and Schönblick to Tschafon Leger. Below the impressive Hammerwand rock face, the trail leads on to Hofer Alpl, where we enjoy a leisurely lunch break.
Afterwards, we head to the mysterious Migg Cave before continuing to Tuff Alm. The return route takes us past the idyllic Huber Pond and the Fiè Pond, leading to Obervöls. From there, bus line 176 brings us comfortably back to the starting point.
Walking time: approx. 6 hours
Ascent: approx. 700 m
Descent: approx. 800 m
Distance: 16 km
Difficulty: technically moderate hike; good basic fitness required
Refreshment stops: Hofer Alpl, Tuff Alm
