By bus we start from Tires to Vigo di Fassa from where we take the Ciampedie cable car. On the Alta Via di Fassa to the Roda di Vael Refuge. After a stop, we continue to Rif. Paolina and Passo Costalunga. Hours of walking: approx. 4 hours, medium difficulty hike, 300 m uphill, 500 m downhill.
