The CHEESE FESTIVAL in Sand in Taufers/Campo Tures attracts cheese lovers from all over Europe. Producers - also from all over Europe - present their special, tasty, unique cheeses for tasting and sale.
But what makes this market so special is the wide variety of special delicacies ... Chocolate, coffee, oil, honey, bread, truffles, tea, schnapps, ham, yoghurt and ... and ...: a treasure trove for gourmets!
With SHOW COOKING by South Tyrolean professionals, with "Taste Experiences" led by renowned international cheese experts, with children's programmes, with Slow Food Presidi, with special exhibitions, with speciality weeks.
