How is a delicious mozzarella made?
During a visit to Wegerhof farm in Stulles, you'll get exclusive insights into the making of the Passeiertal Valley "white gold" and see firsthand how fresh milk becomes flavourful mozzarella.
Afterwards, we'll taste the mozzarella and other farm-made cheeses. Energised by the tasting, we’ll set off on a walk along the Sonnenrundweg trail in Stulles, enjoying the views over the Passeiertal Valley.
