The classic “Kaiserschmarrn” are scrambled sweet pancakes with jam. But there are other countless varieties: buckwheat pancakes, apple pancakes, peach pancakes, plum pancakes.
At the Tschötsch Mountain Hut you can watch the chef cook up a range of “Kaiserschmarrn” outdoors and taste the results.
