Discover the winter idyll of the Carezza ski area with a snowshoe hike under the impressive rock walls of the Rosengarten – a winter experience that will enchant you.
Tour Description:
After ascending with the cable car, we take the public bus to bus stop Kaiserstein, where we start our hike. The first part of the hike leads us initially downhill to the hotel Moseralm and then uphill across the Kölblegg-Frin meadows to Kuregg, below the Kölner Hütte at 2,000 m. After a short descent, we reach the Messnerjoch alpine hut, where we take a lunch break. The subsequent descent leads us back to the Tiers cable car.
Hiking Time: Approximately 4 hours
Ascent: Approximately 500 m
Descent: Approximately 500 m
Difficulty: Moderate hike, good basic fitness required
Refreshment Stop: Messnerjoch hut
