At the end of August, Brixen is like a beehive. Beekeepers and bee lovers from all over the country buzz around the bishop's town. That honey is far more than just a sweetener was already understood by the pharaohs of ancient Egypt. Its beneficial and natural active ingredients have been handed down to us until today and promise divine delights. The South Tyrolean Honey Days are all about South Tyrolean quality honey. The different districts of the beekeepers' association show honey lovers their treasures and invite them to taste them.
