Spring concert by the Lana town band

The most beautiful symphonic brass music from Lana-South Tyrol: we are a group of around 80 musicians from Lana who enjoy making music together in their free time.
Our biggest event during the musical year is the spring concert, which we play every year on the first Sunday in March in the Kursaal in Merano. We also play several concerts in and outside Lana every year and take part in numerous church celebrations. To prepare for our performances, we rehearse twice a week in our rehearsal room.
Several musicians play together in one of the two Bohemian bands or in other smaller groups.
Youth work is one of the most important tasks for a band today. A lot of attention is therefore paid to recruiting new musicians and looking after young musicians.
