Now in its fourth edition, this festival-conceived format turns the number five into an aesthetic principle: programmed across five consecutive years, with each edition consisting of a five-hour performance, the project takes on a distinctly transcendental quality. At the Sudwerk of Ca' de Bezzi, the quartet led by bassist Lukas Kranzelbinder works alongside three dancers to reach a kind of collective ecstasy – a fearless improvisation ritual celebrating the social energy of the present moment.
