Sunrise at the mountain dairy

When the mountain pasture comes to life... Discover how cheese is made during this authentic activity. The day begins by watching the sunrise over our mountains, and the adventure ends with a hearty breakfast!

Programme:
6.00 am - Good morning! Everyone meets in the yard of the Malga Palù (Moosalm) to watch the sunrise.
6.10 am - Time to get to work! The cows are returning to the stable for milking.
6.30 am - Enjoy the wonderful scent of fresh milk.
7.00 am - The farmer will show us how milk is processed. Are you ready to find out how mountain cheese is made?
8.30 am - A beautifully set table is waiting: a hearty breakfast is served!
About 9.30 am - Full of energy, you can decide how to spend the rest of the day: a little relaxation on the pastures or a hike through our mountains?
