MAIN PROGRAM
12:00 – 12:30 | Arrival at Eisathhof. Welcome and introduction by biodiversity farmer Michael and chef Philip.
12:15 – 12:30 | Aperitif with products from the farm.
13:00 – approx. 16:30 | Table in the Fields – Lunch by the Johannesstube team | Open-fire tasting menu with wine pairing.
