An afternoon dedicated to apples in the company of the ‘apple sommelier’. In the orchard, he explains how this fruit is grown and what characteristics differentiate the different varieties.

During the tasting, he takes participants on a journey through flavours, scents, textures and aromas, showing how versatile apples can be.
