Concert of the Haydn Orchestra
The Haydn Orchestra, conducted by Hossein Pishkar, presents a concert of emotional depth and classical brilliance. It opens with Adagio for Strings by Samuel Barber, a deeply moving masterpiece.
Pianist Yifan Wu performs Piano Concerto No. 2 in F major Op. 102 by Dmitri Shostakovich, full of wit and virtuosity.
The program concludes with Serenade No. 1 in D major Op. 11 by Johannes Brahms, rich in warmth and orchestral color.
