From the Beauty of Calligraphy to the Beauty of Life
Over the course of three mornings, this calligraphy workshop invites you to explore Chinese calligraphy as both an art form and a mindfulness practice. Guided by Pei An, you’ll learn how to work with traditional materials such as brush, ink, and rice paper, while cultivating a calm posture and conscious breathing as you begin to create your own characters on paper.
The focus is not only on technique but also on the creative flow and inner stillness that writing can evoke. Calligraphy becomes a personal journey — quiet, focused, and enriching. You’ll receive an introduction to posture, breathing, and linework, along with insights into the cultural background of Chinese calligraphy and the chance to write your first characters.
The workshop will be held in english and italian language.
