The cooking workshop focused on traditional spring dishes invites participants to cook together with local farmers and discover regional ingredients. From shaping dumpling dough to working with dried tomatoes and fresh sage, authentic specialties are created.
The exchange of knowledge and craftmanship is at the heart of the experience.
Afterwards, the prepared delicacies will be tasted together.
